Discover how strength training can be a fun and valuable addition to your routine! Hanna will guide you through the why and how of key lifts like the Squat, Deadlift, and Lunge, along with unilateral movements essential for running strength and success.
Who It’s For: Runners, trail runners, hikers, and athletes who run, at any level. This program is geared toward injury prevention and optimizing running mechanics through strength training.
What to Expect:Build Strength: Focus on single-leg training, core strength, and balance.
Agility and Functionality: Includes plyometrics, jumping, and foot/ankle strengthening (with modifications).
Mobility: Finish with 10 minutes of mobility exercises to support recovery and flexibility.
Take-home resources will be provided to help you track your lifting progress.
This program is also a great stepping stone to the Strong+United classes, where you can continue your strength training journey in the same supportive environment.
