Join us on Tuesday evenings for an uplifting and fun movement session! In this one-hour class, we'll focus on improving range of motion, enhancing stability, and building strength to help you feel strong, resilient, and amazing!

Whether you're working at a desk all day, training for something specific, or just looking to improve your posture, this class is designed to build confidence through movement. Learn fundamental movement patterns to create a solid foundation for your body.

Open to all levels—beginners welcome! This class is a safe, welcoming space for the LGBTQ+ community (19+).
