Learn to lift with Queers

If you want to feel confident lifting a barbell then this specialty program is for you. Learn the basic compound lifts which are the bench, the squat and the deadlift. Not only will you learn how to perform these exercises with proper technique, you will be able to carry this knowledge into any other gym you attend.
Skip the cardio and focus on a full hour of strength exercises with a coach who will guide you every step of the way. This series is also a chance for you to meet other lgbtq+ folks in the Comox Valley. Come sweat it out with other queers and let’s have a great time!
