Intro to Senior Strength Training

This course is a 4 week program to introduce and welcome the older population to the gym and strength training while keeping in mind the experiences our bodies have had through the years. The 45 minute sessions will gradually build confidence and the skills needed to attend Be Legendary or Wise and United Classes at the Wild and United Gym.
