Intro to Senior Strength Training
This class is for folks who may have been intimidated or nervous to join exercise classes for the first time, later in life, can feel welcome and safe to do so!
Intro to Senior Strength is a 1 month, twice per week cumulative program which introduces fundamental movement patterns and equipment to anyone 60+ who is a total beginner to strength training. We understand that you may have previous injuries or life experiences to take into account during class and will encourage you to learn about your body and abilities.
Expect to work on coordination, balance, practical bodyweight movements, mobility, and strength building exercises.
