5x 60 min personal training sessions & 5x drop-in's to our group classes so you can benefit from 1-1 attention and try out classes simultaneously. If you are brand new to weight lifting, have any injuries or are uncertain about coming to classes this is a perfect way to gain confidence and build a toolbox of skills ahead of class time. You'll also have a coach in your corner from day 1 to debrief after classes! Payment plan available.
